Changki Lee
Mr Lee joined Hyundai Motor in 1994. He began his career as an engineer in a vehicle design team. Between 1996 and 1998 he worked at the Hyundai plant in India. From 2007 to 2011 he was based in China. In 2016, he was appointed Head of Vehicle Engineering in Ulsan, Korea, and until the end of 2018 he was also in charge of other plants in China and the USA. In January 2019, he joined HMMC as Vice President of Production. In January 2023 Mr Lee was appointed President of HMMC.
Kyubok Jung
Mr. Jung has been working at Hyundai Motor Company since 1996. He was responsible for cost improvement and cost analysis, and led the team at the Ulsan Plant in Korea from 2018 to 2020. Before joining HMMC, he worked as the head of finance division Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Russia for about 2 years. In February 2024, he joined HMMC as the head of finance division.
Jong Bum Kim
Mr.Kim has joined Hyundai Motor Company in 1997. During his career he has focused mainly on the purchasing, parts development and establishing the strategy for procurement. From 2008 to 2012 he worked as the coordinator of Parts development Department at Hyundai Assan Otomotiv Sanayi in Turkey. He came back to headquarters in Korea in 2015 as the Head of Procurement team for next three years. In 2022 he was subsequently appointed as the Head of Procurement Division at HMMC.
Dong Woo Kum
Mr. Kum has been working at Hyundai Motor Company since 1994. He worked at the Nošovice production plant when it started in 2007, namely in the Control and Quality Assurance department. After returning to Korea, he led the International Security Quality Team for 3 years as well as the Quality Assurance team in Ulsan. Throughout 2022, he was the Head of the Production division at Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Rus. In January 2023, he joined HMMC as Head of the Quality Division.
Martin Klíčník
Mr Martin Klíčník joined HMMC in 2007 at the Quality Control Department. In 2009 he was appointed Head of the Assembly Quality Control Section, three years later as Head of the Quality Control Department, in 2019 Head of Quality Sub-division, in September 2022 Head of the Production Subdivision in September and then assumed the role of Head of Production Division in April 2024. Since 2013, he has also acted as a coordinator of preparatory teams (CFT) to verify the readiness of new models for mass production.
Sangchul Lee
Mr. Lee has been working at Hyundai Motor since 2004. Between 2004 and 2014 he worked at the Hyundai plant in Ulsan where he focused mainly on the area of Human Resources. Before joining HMMC Mr. Lee worked at the Corporate Human Resource Division, which leads the entire HR policy of the Hyundai Motor Group.
In March 2021, he joined HMMC as Head of Administrative Division.
Petr Michník
Petr Michník joined HMMC in 2006 and his first position was in the Legal Department, where he worked as a senior specialist. He became Head of the Legal Department in 2010 and since 2020 he was also in the leading role of the External Relations Department. In 2021 he was appointed Head of the Administration Sub-Division.
Miroslav Jasiok
Mr Jasiok has been with HMMC since 2012, when he joined Paint Shop as Head of Section. Subsequently, he became Head of Department in the Welding Shop, then Final Assembly and after gaining enough experience in the operation of all these shops, he was appointed in 2019 Head of Production Sub-division. As of September 2022, he is the Head of the Quality Subdivision.
