Born in 1960. He has been with the Hyundai Motor Company since July 1, 1985. From 2000 to 2003, he worked as an auditor for the company’s management in Seoul. For the next ten years he devoted himself to strategic planning and production development. After two significant years dedicated to production technologies, he has focused on vehicle drive systems (engines and transmissions) since 2014. He is married, has one son and one daughter.
Mr Park began his career in the Hyundai Motor Group in 1995. He focused mainly on the area of General Affairs and Human Resources. Between 2006 and 2010, he worked at a manufacturing plant in Alabama, United States, as General Affairs Coordinator. Upon his return to Headquarters in Korea, he was appointed Head of General Affairs. Prior to joining HMMC, he also worked as Director of Human Resources. In 2018 he was appointed Head of Administrative Division at HMMC.
Mr Lee joined Hyundai Motor in 1994. He began his career as an engineer in a vehicle design team. Between 1996 and 1998 he worked at the Hyundai plant in India. From 2007 to 2011 he was based in China. In 2016, he was appointed Head of Vehicle Engineering in Ulsan, Korea, and until the end of 2018 he was also in charge of other plants in China and the USA. In January 2019, he joined HMMC as Vice President of Production.
Mr Baek joined Hyundai Motor Company in 1992. During his career he focused mainly on the purchase and development of parts. From 2005 to 2008 he worked for the purchasing division in Shanghai, China. A valuable experience for him was also the work for the Purchasing Strategy Division in Korea in 2015 – 2018. In 2018 he was subsequently appointed Head of the Purchasing and Parts Development Division at HMMC.
Mr Kim has been working at Hyundai Motor since 1993. For 18 years he worked as a quality assurance expert. He then became a founding member of the Hyundai plant in Brazil and held the position of Quality Assurance Manager from 2011 to 2015. Before joining HMMC, he was responsible for electronic quality control systems. In December 2017 he joined HMMC.
Mr Shin joined the Hyundai Motor Company in 2000, focusing mainly on the financial sector, before working for Mobis. Since 2005 he worked at HMUK, where in 2010 he returned to headquarters in Korea. From 2017 he worked as a leader in the international financial team. From January 2020, he became Head of Finance at HMMC.
Mr Havlín joined HMMC in 2007 as a recruitment manager responsible for three-shift operations. In 2015 he became Head of the Human Resources Department and in 2019 he was appointed Head of Administrative Sub-Division.
Mr Martin Klíčník joined HMMC in 2007 at the Quality Control Department. In 2009 he was appointed Head of the Assembly Quality Control Section, three years later as Head of the Quality Control Department and in 2019 Head of Quality Sub-division. Since 2013, he has also acted as a coordinator of preparatory teams (CFT) to verify the readiness of new models for mass production. He is happily married, has a daughter and a son with his wife.
Mr Jasiok has been with HMMC since 2012, when he joined Paint Shop as Head of Section. Subsequently, he became Head of Department in the Welding Shop, then Final Assembly and after gaining enough experience in the operation of all these shops, he was appointed in 2019 Head of Production Sub-division. Mr Jasiok has two daughters and a wife.
