Employer of the year 2024
success: first place in
region, second place in the
republic

In this year’s 22nd year of the Pluxee Employer of the Year competition, we have placed twice at the top of the competition in the category of companies with up to 5,000 employees. In the Moravian-Silesian region, we defended successfully our first place and in the whole republic we took an excellent 2nd place. 

The Employer of the Year evaluation, which has been running since 2003, focuses on companies in the Czech Republic from the perspective of human resource management. The purpose of this competition is to bring companies with an excellent approach to their employees closer to the public, not only at the national level, but also in individual regions. The evaluation takes place according to a globally recognized methodology, which adds significance to our success. We are proud to have succeeded in both comparisons.
